As hunters traverse the old pine forests and upland landscape, the distinctive call of the bobwhite quail fills the air, signaling the start of the hunt. Our goal is the assist each guest and group in creating an unforgettable hunt along with making memories that will last a lifetime.
Guided Hunts
We provide a full-service hunting experience led by an expert guide. Our guide knows the property thoroughly. As a matter of fact, the guide is most likely the land owner and has hunted this privately held property for years. Hunting Experience
Here at Spring Pond Plantation, quail hunting is more than just a hunt. It is a tradition that has been practiced for over 200 years. Our 1800 acres are divided into 8 separate hunting courses. The longleaf pines and upland landscapes are meticulously managed for wild quail, turkey, and deer. We use multiple management practices, including controlled burning, discing of fallow fields, planting food plots, and mowing, to ensure the natural habitat is properly managed.
